Donner Fountain  
   

Donner Fountain

This fountain, located in the center of Neuer Markt, was commissioned in 1737 and created by Georg Raphael Donner. The Goddess of Providence, seen in the middle, holds a snake and is attended to by four cherubs. The fountain, which was considered obscene by Maria Theresa, is a copy of the original (which has been moved to the Baroque Museum of the Belvedere Palace).
Flea Markets, Imperial Apts, and St. Stephan's Cathedral

We started off this morning with a walk around the flea market at Naschmarket. The flea market is open every Saturday from 6:30am to 4pm and has a huge variety of antiques and collectibles for sale.
