Buffalo by road

We saw buffalo frequently near the road. They were oblivious to cars. We've seen them run across a field to catch up to other Buffalo that had crossed a road. When the get to the road they slow down and cross it carefully, usually to the delight of the traffic they are holding up.

Crazy Horse and other sights to see

The Crazy Horse Memorial was an impressive sight. It’s more than just a mountain being carved. There were displays to view, movies to watch and an evening laser-light storytelling projected onto the side of the mountain. It is funded by donations and ticket sales.
