We thought we'd just drop a quick line before we embark on the journey from hell to manali; an 18 hour train journey followed by a 10 hour stop over in Delhi before the 20 hour bus journey up to Manali! We have spent a lovely couple of days in Jaisalmer. Although there is not much to the town itself, the whole ambience of the place is wonderful, similar only to Udaipur on our travels so far.
