We had a comfortable flight, in spite of the dire predictions broadcast back home prior to our takeoff. Airports were reported to be shutting down in England and Germany due to heavy fog. Hello. I am a woman with grown children that just began traveling about 10 years ago with my husband and soul mate Edward. (I also went back to school to complete my degree at that time). Up to that point my travel experience was non-existent. I mention this because I never dreamed I would have been able to go on these magnificent adventures when I was in the midst of rearing children and working at the local pre-school.
