750 rooms? is that enough for you? why Buckingham? well, that was the last name of the dukes who used to own the house before it was transformed into the Queen's official residence. A great deal of vital Royal ceremonies are held there; so, if you fancy a quick peek you need to wait till August or Sept because it'll be the only time when the palace is open to visitors. Or else, just enjoy the Changing of the Guard at the front of the Palace.
