Quito meets Cuenca April 13th 2007 Friday the 13th today which made no sense to our family when we tried to explain the superstition. A lot of stuff doesn't actually - I tried to explain that our traditional Easter food (after having tried their Fanesca which is totally foul) is chocolate eggs and they found it hilarious!
