Alzette River valley, Luxembourg, in 1970. The tall building above is the Tour Alcide de Gasperi, built in 1966. It was the first skyscraper on the Kirchberg. The industrial riverside scene is entirely gone today, though the disused smokestack is still there. IMG00289p1
