Franz Josef Glacier Walk

Wow, what an absolutely fantastic day! We had booked onto a 3/4 day walk on the glacier which started at a not too early 10.30am. We got kitted up with all the necessary clothes/items. They provided us with rain jackets and waterproof trousers, hats, gloves socks and some lovely boots with detachable spikes.
