Party town !!!

Well Queenstown does live up to it's hype as a party town, but it is quite a classy town, not as dirty, or Blackpool like as I had imagined.

The things you can do here are endless...Bunjee, sky-dive, hang-glide, Jet Boats, Snow-board, cannon swings (Don't ask)....you name it, you can do it here!!!
Not good for tight arse backpackers....

In the end, we bottled out of the life threatening (or so we thought) and did 3 more days snow boarding at Coronet Peak. Apart from the 2nd day, when Lorraine got clever and boarded near the edge of the un-fenced mountain, only to fall, grab the only pole sticking out at the edge of the mountain, and had to be rescued by an instructer!!! Who's poor pupils, looked petrified..... If I had of seen her, it would have been sent off the 'You've been framed' never mind helping her... We have good insurance anyway!!!!

The 2nd interesting bit of fun we had, was when we ended up going drinking with a couple who were from USA. Lorraine, after 10+ JD's was trying to convince me he was trying to get off with me, only for me to correct her after they were repeatedly buying us drinks, in the hope of getting us hammered........ They were swingers!!!!!! Enough said.....

Again, we loved the town, and spent a week here........
