I spent the day with Hiromi - we walked around town for much of it and generally chilled out! We made Okinomiyaki for dinner, Japanese pancakes with (in our case) Cabbage, mushrooms and bacon in them, and topped with the (non authentic!) mayo and brown sauce.

Im Alex. 22 and counting, just about to embark on 5 months of travelling before starting my first proper post graduation job. Im into my adventure sports - climbing, biking, skiing, diving, sailing, kayaking but this trip is probably going to be more about culture than sport... although I could be swayed!
