Well after my nice peaceful time in Wanaka I now headed south towards the self proclaimed 'Adventure capital of the world' and judging by the number of shops I seen when I arrived offering everything from - skydiving, bungee jumping, canyon swinging, lugging, white water rafting, jet boating, paragliding, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, never mind all the different walks and boats trips etc... Incredible!!! just wish it was a clear day! - but it is the wettest place in NZ with between 7-9 meters of rain a year!!!
