South Island - Nelson to Franz Josef

Got the ferry from Wellington to Picton and then boarded the bus again for the journey south. Wellington was nice, but wet.

Busy few days, when Team Handsome became proud Scottish warriors dressed in bin liners at the Poo Pub fancy dress night. We also had a full day hike on the amazing Franz Josef glacier - has to be seen to be fully appreciated.

Mardi Gras is next week, boys! Handsome and terrifying. As one of JT's female admirers (of which there are, incidentally, several) commented: "The Team Handsome boys even look good dressed in bin liners". How very thought provoking and, indeed, true!

After eight hours on the ice and four falls by Christian, the boys head for a much needed facial. Drewbacker, Cas, Nate Dog, JT and Christian.
