Franz Josef GlacierFranz Josef GlacierFranz Josef Glacier

This is what we hiked up!! It's massive and thats not even the top.
Had a really good day today. We went on a 6 hour hike up Franz Josef Glacier...it was amazing.

To make it up we had to squeeze through some tight squeezes through ice tunnels and passages (you will see the smallest passage in the pics). I here you ask "how did that fat git fit through there?"...somehow I did. Although it was nerve racking at when you first saw the small hole you had to fit through it was a great feeling after making it through.

Think it'll be another easy one tonight (not that their is much choice not to), as I'm knackered after all the walking. Heading of to a new destination tomorrow, but can't really remember what it is called.

Again, Helen looks like see is writing a book so i'd suggest you visit hers if your further interested.
