Monday in New Zealand

Hi all -
Susan here. I tried sending a message yesterday but the minutes card gave me an error message of some sort.

Anyways, Nana's making breakfast and we're going to have scrambled eggs along with the goodie from the bakery down the street. Yum!

Yesterday we went to the NZ Army Museum - very interesting, very well done. Today we'll probably do a short hike. This area has a lot of extreme sports activities but the putt putt course down the street is more our pace.

We need to find a town big enough to have a bigger pharmacy or store that would have a converter so that we can plug in Pop's computer...battery is running low, that's why no photos yet.

At least the language barrier won't be as big as when we were running through Mexico City trying to find a converter for your contacts cooker...less hand gesturing...sounds like you're all having a grand time! Be sure to stay on the correct side of the road!
