great times on the rangitaiki with foris eco-tours
Marvellous day in the outdoors. Started the day with a leasurely breakfast at Zippy's Central cafe. Great coffee!

We were joined by a group of interesting people from India, a doctor, architect, dentist and India's PR manager for amazon!

We travelled to Whirinaki forest in a comfortable vehicle where pur group enjoyed a lovely one hour walk in an absolutely stunning forest. Huge trees, shades of green I have never seen, not a soul about, the forest was filled with the birdsong of kaka and kakariki both very rare New Zealand birds.

Our walk was followed by a lovely lunch, then off to the Rangitaiki River for a rafting trip that was perfect. Not scary, judt fun rapids on crytal clear water with awesome scenery.

Our guide was courteous, knowledgable and made sure we were all having a great time. next time you go to Rotorua check out www.foris.co.nz they'll look after you.
