Nice cold EMU export
Also called "Wifebasher", this is 15 min. after we got out of the airport. So, I've finally got some internet and a few minutes to write.
In Copenhagen airport we had a lot of time, well we thought. But as the ashcloud came closer they suddently called everyone to the gate. We took it calm and we're the last to arrive at the gate and was apparently very close to be left behind. The aircraft was almost empty so it was a nice and relaxing trip.
In singapore we had to wait for like 4 hours. But so did another dane from the aircraft, Julie, and me, Jakob and her walked around a bit and had a few beers before we should leave. She was on her way to Shanghai to work. We got her e-mail address so we could keep in touch.
When we arrived in Perth we were meet by Darren, a local farmer. He drove us right to the first liquid store as we should have a few boxes of beer for the seminar. After we headed for Muresk University where the seminar was held. The following morning we went through the stuff we needed to know and relaxed afterwards. In the afternoon we meet our host families, drank
Bustour
We're on our way to Muresk University. a lot of beers and had tea. Sunday morning was the time we should depart towards out new home for the next 9 months. So we did.
The first thing I was introduced to was my donger. Which is a mobile home used be miners. In there I found closets, a bed and a whole lot of spiders. Next thing was the home of the family.
I was up early Monday morning and began my work as a farmer. The first week was mostly burning roads down the paddocks. Though on Friday I learned how to drive the front-end loader. That was great fun, especially because i doesn't have any brakes.
When I was done with my work I was to wash the Ute (Mazda BT-50 2,5 TDI) I could borrow for 15c per km so I could drive to Jakobs place 70km to the west. Jakob is living with the Pepall family and they are extremely nice! There was to be a small party at the Pepalls house with many of their nearby friends. Everyone brought some food and a few beers and we didn't stop before it was morning. We played blackjack and poker and
Our place
This is the house we we're in, everyone had a separate room. of course Jakob wins all the money by saying "yup" all the time. Very weird, but it worked apparently. Saturday morning we went to Katanning to buy some work clothes and mobile broadband. After we went to Wurgabup Rifle Club where John Pepall was shooting in a large competition. He is a member of the club and came 4th in 1st division. In the evening we ate tea in the club and drank some beers with the rest of the club. At Sunday went Jakob and me on a little trip of 400km. Just around the blog. It was great fun and we found a few cities we're definitely is gonna visit again. In the evening we went to the club again and had tea, though we went home early as we had work Monday. The alarm went off at 5 am. We had to give 1600 sheep a sort of medicine. It was very very hard and it was very hot that day. But we finished about 4 pm. I was completely destroyed but I had so much fun and meet quite a few people. I even got invited to a big 40 years birthday the following Saturday.
Classroom 4
Where our seminar was held. It's been great these first days, even though I've had a hard time sometimes.
I hope everyone is well!

Det lyder som om det er ok familier i er kommet til både du og Jacob, men ikke ligefrem nogen luksuscondo du har fået at bo i ser det ud til..!? Hils Jacob og ha det godt derude.. Kh far
