Sad to have left the luxury of the Lees fabulous house we set off on a 7 hour bus ride to Noosa. The bus ride was actually fine but we were confused that we had driven past Noosa on our way to the Australia Zoo a week before and the total journey had only taken 3 hours so it just goes to show how much longer the bus rides are than a straight run in a car. Back in 2008 we took 21 months off work, rented out the house, found a foster home for Stuart (cat!) and ventured out to the big wide world. We saw as many places as we could fit in in the time we were on the road and returned home in February 2010 after a truly life changing and eye opening journey. Our adventure lasted... 615 days! After our return we fell into the routine of life back in the UK but have always planned to get back out there as soon as we could. Plane to Singers...
Did you get the yummy hot chocolate with marshmellows and a tim tam biccie on your plane to Singapore? Qantas is great for little things like that...well you'd better forget about any of that niceness once you start travelling on the budget airlines in Asia, you're lucky if you get to put your bag in the overhead compartment! Great pics of Oz, looks like you had fun. xx

I cant believe you guys were in Manly on a few weeks ago! It is such a cool place to live, we have been here for 3 months now. You made me laugh about the shark, it is well scary isn't it!! Did you hear about the great white shark that knocked a kayaker into the water near Palm beach.... arh! Where are you heading to after OZ then? Hope your well James and Kim
