Melbourne - the First Step There!

Hello.

I made it safely to Melbourne where Vaughan met me at the airport, & we ventured into the city on the super-speedy bus to where his friends were staying North Fitzroy. I met Vaughan's very good friend Pauley who works at night time as a DJ. He's a bit of a character, as are many of the people who seem to stop by at their place on an average day, & I have had a good time just hanging out.

Vaughan & I have seen a few things around the city - I took him to the Crown Casino which is a huge complex that I have been to before. We also headed up to St Kilda & saw Luna Park, as well as taking some photos from the top of the Rialto Towers in the city. Mostly we just blatted around the place on trams, & my best recommendation from Melbourne is a gormet pizza place called Bimbo's, loaded with huge couches & a laid back atmosphere (& the pizzas are something a little special too). The weather has been quite cold & windy since our arrival so I am sure moving on to Dubai will be a sharp contrast.
