Chris used to fish every afternoon... or at least pretend to fish. We never ate fish.... he never caught one!! Anyway, it was a good way to spend the evening

We set off on an adventurous 4 by 4 trip. We drove, we cooked, we sorted out our way in the island.

Having a bath in a lake in fraser island as you cannot swim in the shark infested sea... and it was breeding season!!

From this cliff we could see sharks at the bottom as well as rays and turtles!!

these bird are gorgeous, however very noisy.

A bit of contact with the fauna.. a similar snake was settle down in the kitchen of the camp site where we had to cook every day!! Chris did his best to chase it away, although it kept coming back!!
