This road really blew us away, the scenery and drive was spectacular, the ruggedness and beauty of the coast just can't be captured on camera. We took a couple of days to explore, it was well worth the drive.... Read Full Entry

The gap you see collapsed some time in the 90's, at the time of collapse a couple of tourists were on the outermost arch!!! They had to wait for a helicopter to come and rescue them....Now that's what you call a tale for the grandkids!

These great animals were roaming free at a National Park we visited.

This was our first sighting of a koala in the wild. We were very excited by him (or her). How cute!!!

These were also running (actually jumping) free in the National Park. They look so amazing when they move, we wish we had have had a video camera to capture them.

This was a very exciting time for Jo, she insisted that we sit for 2 hours in the pouring rain to wait for a possible sighting of a Southern Right Whale. Our waiting paid off & I had to admit she was right, I loved it!!!
