It was great to catch up with Linda and James. They took us on a mini tour of Adelaide Hills region. First stop was Mount Lofty Summit. Beautiful views, but it was bloody cold. It felt like the Arctic winds were blowing us away. To get out of the cold, we decided to go a pub. The Uraidla Hotel happens to be the worst pub, the best pub, and also the only pub in Uraidla! Great meals and cold beer. Very rustic building with beer kegs as urinals. Highly recommended place to visit if anyone is in the area. After lunch was a visit to Mount Lofty Ranges Vineyards, where we participated in some wine tasting. The Old Cherry Block Sauvignon Blanc suited our palate, so we took a bottle. We then visited Pike & Joyce, where we had coffee and sticky date pudding. It was yummy!

It was a fantastic day in the Adelaide Hills region. Thank you, Linda and James for your hospitality.
