We left Winton to continue on the Dinosaur Trail through to Hughendon and Richmond with an overnight stay at Hugehendon where we saw "Hughey" the Muttaburrasoraus outside the Grand Hotel, visited the fossil display and learnt some more obout the Australian Dinosaurs. The next day we planned to stay the night at Julia Creek but before we got there we stopped at Richmond for lunch and visited the Kronosaruas Corner and the most complete fossilised skeleton of a dinosaur found anywhere in the world. We then made our way to Julia Creek but decided to keep going onto Cloncurry for the night making it the longest day on the road since we left home 405km in one day. but it made for a short day of travel tomorrow to Mount Isa only 130km.
