Today was a day at the zoo, australian animals only. We participated in a number of tours and presentaions and got to stroke a small crocodile. It felt just like a pair of shoes. Highlight of the day was watching a joey leave its mother's pouch probably for the first time and doing an excellent bambi impersonation, falling over every time it tried to take a step. The crocodiles both fresh water and esturian were impressive, from a distance.

Back late afternoon for our customary dip in the pool.

We have just been advised that our trip to the Barrier Reef has been reorganised to tomorrow, so off we go insearch of Nemo.
