hey ll..well the time has finally come its the last blog---wwooo!!! 😞
so i arrived in cairns last sunday after going to a croc/snake farm. these crocs were giant -(5.2meters) huge- they were awsome- the guys that ran the place were kinda retarded and didnt seem to treat teh animals well- they bashed teh crocs with rakes n flung snakes over people- as u can image i stayed well away from the snake throwing- n when they tried i gave them a look like- "i will kill u n sue u and ur family if u put that thing anywhere near me"- yer even after holding one they still creep me out. but yer after trying some crocadile kabab-wasnt 2bad- quite fatty- on watched my mate woody get his hand forced by the retards toget his hand bitten n then he was paraded around with his hand gettign squeezed showing everyone the blood n venom- nice! anyways then went on to millia millia falls- or some may no it as peter andres myserious girl video-or the herbal essenses advert- i held back on temptaion to jump in and do either impressions/sketches!id have made a fool of myself anyway!anyway on from there we got to the atherton tablelands- which is jsut before cairns n stopped off for some people to do sum bungy- yer no way was i guna do that- i went to the level to take sum picks ---rrrggggg--was soo high-ok not 14,000ft on 40m this time but arrgg no way i wasdoing that- mine n pams excuse was that it just wasnt high enough!!!!!!!( lies) so on from watchign teh crazy people we set for cairns!!wooo- then had an amzing all you can eat roast omg i can not descibe how complete my life felt right then!!simon/brannen remember me after teh all u can eat pizza hut- repeat performance-could not move for at least 1/2hour!!!! well yer the next 2nights n day in cairns were pretty much what i expected of cairns- partyign n lounging by the lagoon
on the tuesday i setoff ealier togo to mossmen gorge, the daintreeriver n daintree national park to then arrive at cape tribulation. this was incredabble- started by a quick drive through of port douglas and then went to really cool reserve called hbitat in P/D. it felt like u were in the partcualr area, the wetlands, the bush, rainforest- if i were a captured animal id live there- was pretty cool! dad loadsa birds ud have got a bit 2 excited- o n there was a frog mouth- i bet u liek them- there a really cool camoflaging bird that has a huge mouth to all those normal people that dont know about weird birds of teh world!!!
the set off to mossman gorge which was beautful set in the mountains n this huge crystal clear river that run through it- cold on ozzie terms but was so refreshing!! we then headed to the daintree riverf where went on a cruise down it- this was awsoem our guide was realli good n we saw croc's- this one croc was eying up this egret, thor we were guna see bit of real nature but no- the egret was 2 clever- sawa babycroc--arrr was soo small..bout the sizeof my hand- duno how he guide found him0 think he may live there permantly cos theres no way he coulda foud him- that may of been teh case with a few of the animals cosknowone's got that good'a eyes!!-- yercos he foudn threefrogmouths which is nearly impossbile -- n then snakes, n sun birds n butterflies all along this huge beatuful river.
then got off n headed through the daintree rainforest n got to cape tribulation.
this place was beatuful the forest ranges between(this goes on teh guided differing info) 70- 200 million years old- lol- but anyway regardless its dam ol dn its stunnign n pretty remote to say the least. on teh 2nd day there i got on a big cat(boat not animal) n finally got out 2 the barrier reef--woooooooo!!!!! was a bit nervous because my yongala dives were guna be very hard to beat but wasnt disspaointed- it was more $ to have a guided dive some n my buddy naviagted ourselveson our own dive which was very cool n the dives were cool- the coral was beatiful- totally can see why its one of the 7 natural wonders of the world!! saw turtles n stingrays, fish n just loadsa stunning corals ,clams n colours! anyways then got dropped off on cape tribulation - which is where the rainforest meets the beach/reef which is pretty speical- anyways walkd back through a bit of forest n then back2 hostle along myall beach which . for achange!, was stunning! suddenly as walked down it realised it was my 2nd tolast beach that iwould walk alogn on this trip which was pretty sad..but made up for it cos it was so special.
anyway-- day 3--wow stated early cos me n these 2 girls had desided we were guna climb mount sorrow--arrgg--left at 6 n got back at 11.30--arrggg----was sooooooooooo hard- i nearly died!! was pretty much vertical for 1st 1/2hour n the flaterned for a bit n tehn vertical again arrggg---never sweated so much in my whole life- thort id slip that nice littel detail in!0 but yer ..3 hours to top n then 2 hours down- but was very cool- we were treking through the thick rainforest which was millions of years old - n the only one on this mountain- n the viwes wen we fiinnallly got to top were incredable. u could actaully see the reef touching the beach n we were soo high! brillaint.once got bak down u can imagine nothing much happened after that!! but yer left to port douglas that night,
woke early n got up to see port doug for the day- browsed atall the expensive shops n went n sat on teh beach n then walked along my last beach of the trip(i forgot it was called 4mile beach)--eerrgg...bu tit wasnt exaclty mount sorrow but 8miles later was ready 4 a bit a sit down!!! neways spend the day reading n seeign port doug n then deside dto treat myself to a good meal- i desidedseeing asmy trip was comign to an end itwas time 4a little celebration--aarrrrr--this was even better then the raost!!! barramundi- which is simaler tocod n eaten alot out here , with mash n spinache n macadamia nuts or macca nuts!!!whilst watchign teh sun setover all teh posh boats--very very nice-
