Dear everybody,
IHAVEDONEIT:D and it was fothermucking awesome:D yeah, I jumped out of a plane at the great barrier reef at 14000 ft. I experienced a free-fall of 60 seconds and did some awesome moves ofc:P before I flew a parachute.. it was really great, wow, I thought it would be like the bugeejumping I did some years ago, but it’s not like that at all.., its less thrilling, but the location and the feeling still made it reaaaaally good:D
ofcourse there is more awesomeness.. besides skydiving I chilled at the beach, visited a art gallery (for free lol), spent a few days and a night at the daintree rainforest (the oldest one on earth so they say), did all kinds of walks and tours there, though we didn’t find any crocs we saw a lot of cool animals and also a huge spider:D also the sunrise at the point where the two ecosystems (daintree rainforest and great barrier reef) meet was pretty good!! I went to an aboriginal parc to learn abt there life and habits, I had a spiritual talk with them and I am protected by their smoke now, saw their dances, learned abt their food
and weapons, threw a spear and a boomerang (and I catched it, so I could keep it, a real boomerang:D) . I did swim with turtles and under a waterfall, slid from a natural rock slide, did backflips and all that from rocks/a tree into a crater lake/river, we had a really good lunch and yelled songs like YMCA and Macarena in the bus and it was good fun:D I saw the sugar cane harvest and bananas. I did a tour towards the great barrier reef as well, and wow guys, really, that’s so amazing! The tour I booked had its own spots, so it was just us on the ocean, so cool! I stayed at a small sand island on the reef, somewhere in the ocean, I did some snorkeling and diving there and I swam with the most amazing fish and even a little shark and a huge green turtle (1 meter:D) the water is so clear and warm and it’s just amazing, you have to make sure you do that once you go here one day! I also did some partying, gheghe, and they have this place here, were they place electro, dnb and dubstep downstairs, MELIKE:D
I will be going to the stereosonic festival as well, which is gonna be so awesome!!! A big fat lineup is waiting for me:D I also wanted to do downhill mountainbiking but really didn’t have time, so I have to do that somewhere else some another time.. but I will, don’t worry, all for the thrill:D
I met a lot of interesting and nice people throughout my stay here, some dutchies as well and there are a lot of Germans everywhere (as usual:P), there are so much germans here, that they often put things like danger on signs along roads and stuff in german as well:P but I met really nice people, hope to meet some of them again someday.. that’s it in a nutshell, I am off to withsundays, more awesomeness on the way..:D aw btw greetings from cairns..:D I have spent the last few days here, and it was time to tell you guys about my adventures again, because I do get too much pictures gheghe:P (I can only upload a 100 each time:P) Anyway It is way different from Sydney, smaller and warmer and the party scene is good:D I thought it would be more humid
and all that since we are near the rainforest and stuff, but its not like that at all, not even in the rainforest itself.. it’s pretty good being here:D anyway enjoy the pics, seeya xx
Ps since I have done skydiving now, I am thinking about what to do next:D so reasonable suggestions are welcome😉 somethink like basejumping could be interesting, aw and kitesurfing/downhill mountainbiking ofc:D but that is on the planning😉
doegieeeee
