We left Colin and Sandra’s about 0900 to drive down to Noosa. Sad to say goodbye to a fellow Trog and his wife. An unaventfull drive down the Fraser coast to Noosa via Gympie for a Gympie pie. Very delicious pies!

Got to Noosa and did a recce of a place that looked like an Airbnb. $120 for a room! We found another place backing on to the river. This was a serviced apartment for $160. Our most expensive accommodation yet. It was a good size and well worth the money as the exchange rate is $aus 1.72 so about £90. WiFi is a bit hit and miss which is a shame. We went to the supermarket to buy dinner, lamb chops and Salad and fresh big prawns for starter. We went for an pre dinner evening stroll to the marina and back.

Still very hot in the low 30s. Watched a very nice sunset from the bridge.
