Birthday Cake
A special cake made by Cieran.Where has the past eighteen years gone? It appears to have flown by and here we find ourselves celebrating Dominic's birthday in a restaurant in Brisbane, the last of the Murphy boys to come of age!
We all had a lovely evening eating our favourite Tibetan food, opening cards and presents and enjoying a delicious homemade chocolate cake. Later on that evening his brothers took out for his first legal drink and a dance or two in a Club in the city.
It has been amazing, watching Dominic grow up into a confident, charismatic, thoughtful and caring young man. He has overcome many difficult hurdles in his life, developing coping strategies to manage what was a very confusing world to him when he was younger. He has become very disciplined and has worked extremely hard especially over the past three years since arriving in Australia and has had to adjust to huge changes in his life. He was elected to be a School Captain and an Ambassador for the school as an International Student and continues to be a popular student at school. He plans to take a Gap Year and work to save some money in readiness for his

A popular choice for a family meal. best friend, Alex who will be returning to Brisbane for an extended stay with plans to travel and see more of Australia together.
Needless to say we are extremely proud of his achievements and the wonderful young man he has turned out to be and we look forward to see where the future takes him.
