We've arrived in Brisbane...30 hours in airports! We stopped in LA for 6 hours, and Figi for 3. The layovers weren't bad, and surprisingly enough the 10 hour and 40 minute flight to Figi was the best one we had. There were movies, and because it was an overnight, we were able to sleep for most of it.

We caught a cab to our hostel, and it's quite nice, pool, bar, free internet. When we got here, we went to the grocery store, ate, and took a "nap" and woke up 16 hours later.

We have already met some people, a few guys from New Zealand in Figi, and a couple of older people from Australia. We also met a traveller from England, who gave us some tips on travelling down the coast, where to stay overnight, where not to. We pick up our camper van tomorrow, and are heading down the coast.

We haven't seen much of Brisbane, but will probably head out today into town.
