This is our 2nd day at Banka Banka station so it was a rest and relax day after some cleaning of the inside of the van and washing the dogs. For the last 4 days there has been a s/e breeze blowing which was cool at times.

Around midday they all started to roll in again. Across from us a Rapid came in some we had to have a look and started to talk to what we thought was the owner’s Kingsley and Lyn (nice retired couple) from mid north coast nsw, but as it turned out it wasn’t there van or car. they were just co drivers taking home to the Gold Coast for some one else. What a good job to do driver someone else’s car and van home, so we chatted with them on and off for the rest of the afternoon. We went to see a 20 min slide show of the workings of the property the export live beef. early to bed as long drive tomorrow.

On the road
HI Warwick and Marg, We arrived in Barcaldine on Thursday arvo to stay 1 night but we are still here, been on tours and having a rest. Had safe trip from Banka Banka and followered Lorraine across Barkly as she had noise in Patrol all arrived safely, she on wat to Cairns. Have good time will send again soon, we will be home in 1 week. Lyn and Kingsley

Hi there , Haven't had a signal so we haven't been able to respond , we have made it to Broome and managed to find somewhere to stay with the dogs............enjoying the trip and we are doing a lot of firsts for us like , helicopter flight and small plane flight but that one will be first and only time was windy and warwick was sick .............. weather has been great ......guess you guys will be home by not but it was really lovely to have met you on this journey of us........ marg/ warwick
