This area is at the heart of cotton growing so went to the Australian Cotton Centre. Later went to the CSIRO Australia Telescope.

Australia Telescope 1
One of the 6 radio telescopes which make up the ‘Compact Array’. They work with ‘The Dish’ at Parkes and another at Coonabarabran to form an enormous telescope.

The Narrabri Post Office which was built in 1888 complete with chimneys.
