A National Park, probably why it is so pristine

Left Ulladulla at 10am, beautiful warm day and turned off first to have a look at Sussex Inlet, I took a photo from the Jetty that I walked on! We then travelled to Jervis Bay, a Marine Park for $10 it cost to take the car in it was good value.

Parked the Car and Caravan and took a 15 minute walk to the beach which was beautiful with white sand and sapphire coloured water. This is a National Park and also the first place to have a nuclear powered electric sub station. It is also has the HMAS Creswell Navel College, which we could not enter. We then had lunch in the van and left to get back on the Princess Highway.

We dropped in to the Fleet Air Arm Museum, in Nowra, were we saw the nations most comprehensive collection of Naval aircraft ranging from a World War 1 Sopwith Pup that flew from RAN cruisers in the North Sea: through to the current ship-borne helicopters that now operate with the Fleet. The main focus of the museum is a display of RAN fighters, anti-submarine bombers and helicopters that have formed the Fleet Air Arm

Mick just about to walk on the Jetty
since 1948.

Next stop was in Berry we found the Treat Factory, established in 1992, which is situated in the historic Berry Central Creamery building. products are hand- made. First stop was the Chocolate and Confectionery Room which had over a 100 different individual chocolates, chocolate bars, fudges and confectionery, after spending $53 we then looked at the Factory, with over 200 lines of bottle products and around 4000 jars of Mustards, Pasta Sauces, Drinking Chocolate,Conserves etc. we decided we had already spent enough so left and made our way to Kiama.

After travelling through lush dairy farming country,it was 3pm so on getting to Kiama and having a look around we decided to stay for the night. Kiama has everything beaches, blow holes, light house, and even Japenese tourists.

We have seen today some stunning little places that I have never heard of, the temperature has been around 21o and it has been very enjoyable. I have also taken lots of photo's, not sure which ones to upload and publish, will try to get as many as possible.

We may not see another one for this trip, but you had Mick check Thesaurus to see what the differences were between a Jetty, Pier, Wharf, so go you.

Love this place, had forgotten about you and Megan travelling up this way. Have not been able to reply due to the internet being out all night.
