"I will never fly Spirit again"! We say that so many times, but when comparing prices...Spirit's face value often beats out its competitors and we cave in. My husband and I made the mistake of booking Spirit for my Birthday getaway to California, big mistake! So here we are 2 hours away from home, already checked bags and an hour TSA check in later just to hear, "Your flight has been canceled due to crew". Being from Massachusetts I have had my share of overnight airport stays due to blizzards but this wasn't that...apparently Spirit did not have enough crew members for our flight ???

Two hours later with an aching back I finally got to our counter agent Rudchelle. She provided such great customer service that I almost forgot the horrible predicament we were in...so here's to tomorrow...hopefully I'm blogging from the West Coast
