Cold Bike

i should have known when i drove my new motorcycle home in the snow that something was amiss. i seem to have purchased a bike that gravitates to cold/inclement weather.

i was in the mountains the other day. when it was time to go home, i was worried a bit about rain. i would have been better off and unworried if i had a helmet, but c'est la vie(=SOL). instead of rain i got hail. twice! not to worry, it was short lived, which was good as it was quite painful even though i was travelling on a gravel road at about 10-20 mph.

i would have stopped but there were no trees under which to take shelter. wouldn't want to do that anyhow, as that could be a lightning no-no.
