Wyoming Frontier Prison/Julian Gallows/Gas Chamber/Solitary Confinement
I went in the Solitary Confinement with the door closed - DARK
Stood at Whipping Post where inmate was handcuffed and struck with a rubber hose
A door was opened to other cell blocks so they could hear what happens if you don't follow the rules
I sat in the Gas Chamber where 14 men died
We were told families come there before Christmas and go in the Chamber and stand around the chair for their family Christmas Card picture. Hummmmm
The stories of some
of the Old West inmates were incredible to hear about
Wyoming Peace Officers Museum
Toured Rawlins that has some great history, then back to the campground
Grilled some juicy Wyoming Steaks with fries, green beans and biscuits. At the picnic table under the awning
Had a dip in the pool, made it short because of the sun and wind.
It will be a Mexican Train night (Mitchell Version)
We will be off to Teton NP tomorrow morning

Jail?????
How very odd an old retired cop would take his grandson to a jail.. Bet he makes you watch cop shows on TV too.... You would have to go to the hanging tree in Arizona to hang where I have. Carry on.
