We left Twin Falls early this morning, heading for Yellowstone. We had a beautiful drive. The eastern side of Idaho was much more impressive than the southern border.

As we got closer to Wyoming, we saw a traffic sign along the road indicating that Route 20 to Yellowstone was under construction and to expect significant delays. So, we made a game time decision to pass on Yellowstone* and cut over to Jackson Hole instead. We got into Jackson Hole around lunch, found an RV space in a park a mile from town. After lunch in Jackson Hole, we had a great hike to the summit above Jackson so that we could see the Grand Tetons.

We are planing to take the local shuttle to Snow King Ski Resort for dinner, then back to Jackson Hole for live music.

* - We have been to Yellowstone in the past. I am sure we will return when we have more time to spend there.
