We're Engaged!

This photo was taken shortly after Jake popped the big question in Madison (in late December). I flew into Madison that evening and Jake took me straight from the airport to a beautiful restaurant in the downtown area. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves (thanks to my flight delays & the fact that it was sub-zero temperatures out that evening!) and it was just an absolutely perfect, wonderful, romantic evening. We drank champagne to celebrate & then spent the rest of the night unraveling the events leading up to the big moment. Apparently everyone knew but me!
