formerly the Times Building, was completed in 1916 & originally housed the editorial operations of the Seattle Times newspaper which was housed there until 1930. The 5 story flatiron building in Beaux-Arts design was designed by Seattle architects Bebb and Gould. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 & designated a city landmark in 1984.

it is entirely surrounded by streets: 4th Street, Olive Way, Stewart Street and 5th Avenue.

located on 3rd Ave, was built in 1928 in Art Deco style. The 7 story building is another registered city landmark. Seattle is the regional headquarters for the corporate region of Macy's West.

across from Macy's. The 10 floor Chicago School style building was completed in 1918. It was extensively renovated in 1951.

exemplifies its original 1917 grandeur, with mosaic tile floor, onyx walls and sand cast bronze fixtures.

in the former Donahoe parking garage building. This large parking garage building, one of several that were built in downtown Seattle, was constructed for Charles W. Donahoe in 1921. Designed by Seattle architect Charles Haynes in Spanish Eclectic style, it is the oldest extant garage building in the neighborhood. It was converted for business & store uses in 1924. By 1937, eight businesses occupied the building. It is/was being considered for Seattle Landmarks Preservation status.
