blog 09-17-17 Rainy Northwest

The weather forecast was for rain starting at 10 am today so we got our walks in early. Off to the beach again and Watson and I just made it when the first drop hit me. I started walking back fast and was met by Ginnie and the boys who walked out to meet us. We all headed back and got to the camper about 1 minute before the heavens opened up. The dogs all settled into their rainy day sleep mode and Ginnie and I got on the internet and caught up then book reading time. It was kind of soothing being in a warm dry place hearing the pitter patter of rain on the roof. Mother Nature provided a day off for us.
