Welcome back to Canada Kim and Kathy! Uneventful day on the Interstate. 9 hours in the seat culminating with rush hour traffic in Seattle. Did stop at an informative centre, portraying the struggles on The Oregon Trail. Cant imagine the hardships that were endured by those travellers.

Went to Anthony's in Bellingham for dinner. I had the pan fried oysters. First real meal in a few days. Kate tried the fish and chips and we both had a wonderful cold beer. Stayed at the Econolodge on Meridian. This morning we do the export/ import process.

Cant say Im looking forward to it , bit I think everything is properly prepared.

We stopped in Kennrick Wa to pick up a travel permit. That was the easiest procedure I have ever accomplished at a Dept of Motor Vehicles Branch.

It was quick pleasant and painless and only cost $27

Thanks for coming along with us via this blog!
