We would have liked to stay in FT. Collins longer but good off-road riding was calling and we had to answer. Our base camp was just north of Moab in a little recreation area parked a stones throw from the Colorado River. The trails were multi-use so you could hike, bike, 4x4, atv, and motorbike!!!! The pix will speak for themselves.
We also decided to try to hike the same canyon that the movie 127 hours was based on, it was kinda creepy. We got about half way and had to stop due to lack of canyoneering experience and gear. It was cool none the less!!!

Thanks for the e-mail. Ashley & I have enjoyed reading your blog. Sounds like you're having a blast. You've got a great looking vehicle setup. Everything you could need. Are you going around the Knabb area. There's a greyhound event there every year and the photos look spectacular. Take care and ya'll have fun. Daryl & Ashley from the "Y"
