24 days and counting... Still working hard at all things exercise, including hitting up stair sets with the full pack down weight... great times, great sweaty times. Feeling great physically, even the asthma is feeling awesome, what problems i am having with that are easily laid to rest... going to be a great excursion and a great chance to see my buddies for some good bro time.

Trails are mapped, the body and spirit are willing, just counting down the days.
