Visiting with Chad & Shawna in Odessa

Greetings from dusty, windy Odessa! We are here visiting Don's nephew Chad and his wife Shawna. They were gracious enough to let us park on their 10 acre property. Chad works for an oil company here in Odessa but recently got a promotion and so they are in the process of packing and moving to Fort Collins, CO. They are very excited to leave Texas and venture to a new state. Chad and Shawna bought us dinner, which we weren't happy about, it was Mexican, my favorite, and we had a really nice visit. It was really windy and dusty while we were there. About the same as it has been since we left California.

We are heading to Fredericksburg, TX tomorrow to stay at Buckhorn RV park. This is a place we have stayed a few times and really like. Think we will stay a few days there to explore the Hill country again. Talk soon! 😊K
