Hurricane Mills, Tennessee is located on I-40 between Nashville and Memphis. Unless you need gas or a bite to eat you might not get off the Interstate at this intersection however there is the Loretta Lynn complex seven miles north of the intersection and that is worth a visit. There is a large sign on the road. It is another two miles back to the complex however you will see parts oft he complex as you leave the highway. The admission is free however there are admissions for tours. This is a very neat complex actually in the hills of Tennessee. Tours are April through October.

Loretta Lynn's Home and Museum Home and Museum is a main attraction and you might find yourself spending quite some time looking at everything. There is a large Indian statue in front of the old recording studio.Take a tour of the Coal Miner's Daughter's plantation home and also a replica of her family home back in Butcher Hollow, Kentucky.There are creek side campsites, marked tails, covered stalls for horses, a swimming pool, gift shops and much more.Motorcycle events are held and there are scheduled trail rides.
