Stopped in a very small town called Plankinton, South Dakota at a small RV park. On our way here we crossed the Missouri River at Chamberlain which was interesting to me since I was born and raised on the Missouri River in Montana. We went to Mitchell, SD which was 20 miles away to see the Corn Palace. It was very interesting to see and find that it is used for many activities for the community. It is amazing that they redesign it every year and grow all the corn locally to use on the building inside and out. Worth stopping to see it if you are in the area. We head off tomorrow to another small town in Minnesota for two days and then on to Madison, WI.
