Oregon Coast into Napa

We drove the Oregon Coast yesterday into Bandon, OR. We were hesitant about the hotel I booked as we have grown comfortable with and love the predictable Holiday Inn & Expresses. The room on-line looked a little tired, but they told me that the view was spectacular and they were spot on! We were weary from the drive and asked the Sutnset Motel folks where to eat and they suggested their on-site restaurant, which again, we didn't trust, but it ended up being the best dinner so far!

The drive today has been beautiful on Hwy 101 through the Redwoods and now we are sailing into Napa. Wish we were arriving earlier than 8 p.m., but we couldn't stand to leave Bandon before we had to!
