Bridal Veil Falls - Oregon

October - Multnomah County, Oregon- Walk along the short and easy hiking trail starting off the Old Columbia River Gorge Highway arriving at the beautiful Bridal Veil Falls. The fall goes under a bridge from 1914 before taking a 120 feet dive over a mossy basalt in two tiers. Zig zagging on the trail surrounded by a luscious forest of fir, spruce trees, oaks, birch and many local plans like bead lily, trillium, bleeding hearts you can also enjoy beautiful views of the Columbia River.

This waterfall, due to its name and the easy access is the most visited by wedding parties, many of which have short wedding ceremonies right on the little deck facing the waterfall.

The falls consists of two cascades in quick succession along angling rockfaces.
