Premier RV Resort, Salem, OR

For many years we have been coming to the Premier RV Resort on Hwy22 West Salem. Not only is it one of our favorite RV parks, but it is situated between Salem and Dallas so it makes it convenient for the kids to visit. This has been a great place for the grandchildren to come and enjoy the pool and other play areas and to have family BBQ dinners together. So I thought you might be interested in a tour of the place!!

Also while we are here this time we have been able to go to some of MEGHAN'S softball games and enjoy the action there as well. Meghan plays on the Dallas High School Varsity team. Our son Mike helps to coach the Dallas JV team who are also doing very well in their league. Today we have had a few passing showers, but are hoping to get to another game this afternoon.

Well, it's about time for another trip "Down Under". Sept 6 we leave for Australia and what Lorraine is billing as her "last trip home". This will be Dwain's fifth trip there to visit his in-laws and see that wonderfully beautiful and unique country. This is really our only big trip this year. An earlier trip in 2016 to Oregon was cut short by health problems. All that is well now and we are rarin' to go. We'll do our best to keep posting regular blogs and notes so you can enjoy our experiences and see the sights through Lorraine's photos.... full info
