On the last leg of our journey now…Missouri was miserable…Kansas just a tidge above miserable. As we made our way into Nashville, Tennessee, our stop for the night, we kept hearing of tornadoes and flooding. So I called the hotel, they said they are on a little knoll. When we got there, I asked for the 2nd floor.
Then we slept like babies, not realizing that just north of us, just south of us, and 10 miles from home tornadoes were taking up towns. We drove home seeing the destruction.
At 8pm, we drove up our drive. We’ll be ever thankful for all the wonderful friends who shared themselves and their homes, in addition to all the wonderful new friends!
This is one of our most-excellent adventures!

You need to find a hole to crawl into when those clouds turn dark.Looks like you found a pocket to give you good viewing.
