New York Sept 2005

Jon and me went up to NYC for a 5 days to check out the big apple. It was an amazing city, nothing like i had ever seen before. We stayed in Manahattan a couple blocks from time square which turned out to be a great location, did not have to travel much to get to the sites.
We went to a Yankees game while there which was good.
About 3 months earlier we bought tickets to the US open that was in NYC while we were there, we had tickets to the finals. And it turned out to be the hottest ticket item in NYC that weekend when Agassi ended up in the final against Federer. That was one of the coolest parts of trip being at that event. Unfortunately Agassi came up a little short, but gave it a good shot.
We were also in NYC on Sept 11. So we went and walked around ground zero and there a special ceremony that took place that morning. Quite a few people were there for that.
