I talked Les into staying at camp yesterday, so today I got up and accompanied him on a road trip. We took the "Turquoise Hwy" from ABQ to Santa Fe. It is supposed to be the 6th most scenic highway in he US. It was a nice drive, but neither of us were able to figure out how it got that designation. It is desert of prairie looking land with pretty mountains around it. It isn't much prettier than the Permain Basin would be with a ring of mountains around it. Of well, no one asked me to vote on that list. So I'll just hush for now.

We walked around the square in old town Santa Fe and looked at the handmade goods being sold by Indians on the sidewalk on one side of the square. We then headed back toward ABQ, stopping for lunch at a very good Mexican food restaurant, Pecos Trail Cafe.

We stopped at a campground between Santa Fe & ABQ to see if we might want to camp there some time in the future. We check out campgrounds everywhere we go.

I finally got my video of the "Singing Hwy" to load onto my iPad, so it is included today.

We may be taking our RV back to the service dept at Camping World again tomorrow. Our RV came with a built in satellite system. We finally got a receiver that is compatible with use in an RV and got it activated, but we just can't get it to work consistently. We've had two Dish techs out and have talked to them on the phone numerous times, but we still have a problem. So, we are going to see if Camping World's techie guy has any ideas.

If we have to leave the RV there, not sure what we are going to do all day. We've about done everything that interests us. There are numerous museums here, but for the most part, we aren't in to museums. We may be tomorrow though. You are never too old to learn something new!
